Rev. Dr. Jacob Meiporkoyah

Rev. Dr. Jacob Meiporkoyah currently serves as the National Training Director of the Bethel First Diocese, which comprises of Liberia, Guinea and Guinea Bissau. He also serves as the Senior Pastor of Harvest Intercontinental Church, which is located in Lower Johnsonville, Rehab Community. Dr. Meiporkoyah has been involved in the area of leadership training since the late 90’s. He served as coordinator for School on Wheels, Director of Harvest Bible School, Registrar and Acting Administrator at WASMAT before his departure for studies in the United States of America. Dr. Meiporkoyah holds a doctor of ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts with emphasis in New Testament from Luther Theological Seminary; and a Master of Theological Studies with emphasis in Pastoral Leadership from Vision International University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and an Associate Degree in Cross Culture Mission from the West African School of Mission and Theology. Training is his passion and has been involved in it for over twenty-five years now. Additionally, Dr. Meiporkoyah serves as chairperson for the Department of Theology and handles courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels at the African Methodist University on Camp Johnson Road in Monrovia. Finally, Dr. Meiporkoyah is married to Margaret Wennie Meiporkoyah and their union is blessed with three kids: Jacob Bless Meiporkoyah, Daniel Meiporkoyah and Jaclyn Favor Meiporkoyah.
